What happens if my product arrives damaged?

Email us with your Order ID and pictures of the damaged product.  We will then provide instructions on replacement.

What if I receive it and decide I don't like it?

We accept returns on items if they are sent back unworn/unopened and in their original packaging within the first 30 days of purchase.

How do I start a Return?

Returns are accepted on all unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

To process your return please sign into your account, click “my orders” and click on the order you wish you return.

If it was purchased as a “guest”, then please email us with your Order ID and email address used to place the order and reason for the return.

Exceptions may apply to custom engraved items.

How and when will I be refunded?

Refunds are processed immediately once an item is received.  Refunds take about 3-5 business days before it is reflected in your bank account.

How do I track my order?

Orders can be tracked here.  You will need your Order ID and email to track it.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Typically most items are delivered within 5-10 business days with the exception of some handmade jewelry and engagement/wedding rings, as those can take up to 2 1/2 weeks due to them being handmade.  We do our best to ship out items as soon as possible and send tracking with every jewelry piece.

How do I reset my account password?

You can reset your password by entering your username or email you signed up with here. From there, it will email you a link to reset your password.

How do I modify an existing order?

Generally orders are shipped out within a day or two after payment is received.  You will need to email us here with your Order ID and what you’re needing to modify.  Once an item is in processing with one of our shipping partners, we are not able to modify or cancel the order. Once it arrives, you can easily return it by either going into your Account or by emailing us with the Order ID  and reason for return.

How do I use my promo code?

When at the checkout screen, there will be a box for discounts/promos, enter your code there.  It will refresh and show the new balance before you pay for it.
